Welcome to Partner League Round-up #5
Hey!
Is it already October? Yep!
I know competition for your time and attention is only increasing, especially this time of year. But I want to thank all of you who read this newsletter, and engage in community as often as you do. Good communities need fuel, and engaged members are that fuel. Real dividends (in most good communities) are paid to those who engage consistently over time. I’ve probably had more community/social posts flop (get zero engagement) than anyone I know. I just keep going because it feels right, and the net effect over years has been overwhelmingly positive for me and my businesses.
Here’s a good strategy someone shared a while back - lock off 10-20 minutes a day/week to think about and create a post for the communities and social accounts you care most about being engaged with and visible in. Treat it like an important meeting or a schedule exercise session. Just get it in. If you have other strategies, I’d love to hear them.
