Hey there,
BOOM! We had a great week! How was yours?
We are gearing up for Voice Project in Chattanooga this January. Are you going? Let us know if you plan to, because. We expect to have a discount codes soon. Just reply for more info.
This week was the first Women in Voice NL event hosted by Robocopy. A promising community and the event had good talks by Voice Branding and Valsplat.
Maarten opened for the Voice event of the Government Innovation Community (Rijks innovatie community). Government services and Voice are a good pair. There were several impressive initiatives demoed.
Maarten also finally set the deadline for his book: Voice, insights and opportunities in the conversational revolution. It will be out in the first quarter of the next year!
Sam published the second episode in the Space Race 🚀, a podcast exploring the world of Voice. The topic for this month is Voice Search. Enjoy the shows with the few people who usually take the international stage when it comes to search developments like Purna Virji, Max Prin, and soon: Aleyda Solis (Spotify / RSS)
Talking about podcasts, we have two other suggestions to start this week we have two podcasts which in total will get you through the week:
The first is the origin story of Alexa with one of its founding team members.
Second is an origin story looking forward with the Samsung Viv/Bixby CEO. Both give you insight in where we came from and where is it is going.
Also check out the Cap Gemini report below. It is the first one where it is reported that organisations have tangible results as well as what organizational prerequisites are for succes. Never seen that in Voice research before. Important reading.
