Hi {{first_name}},
Every week we collect the developments in the Voice domain into a single list of things you shouldn’t have missed. But before we dive into the news, here’s more on the other channels we work on.
See us live
We’ll be organising and or speaking at two events this week:
On Wednesday you can see both of us at Voice Marketing & Chat in 1 day (free, Dutch event). Get a free ticket here.
On Thursday we’re hosting the English (and free) version of the DDMA Voice and Legal event. Signup online.
#VoiceLunchNL
Also, of course, we’ll be hosting another edition of the voice lunch. In last weeks VoicelunchNL we explored the French Voice world. Maaike Coopens, who lives and works in France and as a Belgian also speaks Dutch helped us all understand the state of the French Voice market. A good example in conversational as a strategy she mentioned was the public railways SNCF who’s ticket service is fully conversational, even before Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant. They explain it here (dubbed but doable).
Want to learn more about Voice in other countries or have questions answered? Join us this Wednesday on Zoom. We’d love to have you.

Below a twee about the “Spirit world” and a link to a manifesto on it. Although ‘meant’ for AR it also applies to Voice. All things will come alive with voice. How will that look and what wil it mean? It takes the assistant and voice app personality to an other level. From an all knowing Alexa to cute and cudelly.

Here is a short manifesto about Spatial Computing as a ‘spirit world’. I wrote it early last year but never released. Here it is!

Kane Simms and Dustin Coates had conversation design guru Bob Moore in the VUX World podcast. Maaike Groenewege does a sweet write up in this twitter thread:

Now that was an hour pack with some of the best convo design information out there! Thanks @kanesimms @dcoates for this great interview with IBM's Bob Moore on the Natural Conversation Framework!

Fascinated by @cyanhex, @lolding and @odannyboy’s “Possible Futures” concepts for a new audio-leaning Twitter.

That’s it for this week. We’ll be back next week with everything you might have missed on voice.
