Eat, at By Chloe.
By Chloe is a concept of the American chef Chloe Coscarelli: a 100% plant-based food and vegan cuisine (free of animal meat, dairy and eggs) using mainly seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. 
The first fast casual restaurant opened in mid-2015 in West Village and now has different locations in New York as well as in Boston, Los Angeles and Providence.
If you are looking for a fast lunch or a take out to have a picnic, By Chloe is always a good idea. The prices are pretty reasonable and they offer a large colorful set of dishes: small or large salads and pasta, sandwiches, vegetarian burgers (of course) and fries. For example, they use tempeh (made of soybeans), seitan (wheat meat), black beans, seasonal veggies, seeds, as meat substitutes and protein sources. They also have a corner of cold-pressed juices and even little treats for your pet!
