Hello and welcome to this week’s OWI. 
In this week’s issue, read the HBR article on product innovation and help people to see a problem or opportunity, you want to focus on disrupting their existing mental model. Innovators change the lens through which we see the world. It’s a very personal experience. 
Snapchat business is also a family business after reading the BI articles. No wonder he built this “camera” company so quickly. after all, everyday resources were provided.
NFL comes to China. The streaming deal isn’t anything new. However, I wonder if they are going to bring the game to their oversea market in real life? NFL did one special game in London 2 years ago. It didn’t have much impact on tv ratings but it was good for cultural exchange. 
Internal debate is not good. Don’t keep it to yourself. In the memoir, she wrote “Maybe I have overlearned the lesson of staying calm, biting my tongue, digging my fingernails into a clenched fist, smiling all the while, determined to present a composed face to the world,” - Hilary Clinton.
