Your customers are your greatest and most valuable treasure.
YOU MUST DO ALL YOU CAN TO KEEP THEM TO YOURSELF.
Let me tell you something,
Since the lady signed the deal with me, I haven’t thought of going to buy cornmeal from anyone else again.
I always expect her to come.
SHE ALWAYS SHOWED UP.
This lesson might be very simple, but it is very vital.
Your customers would be loyal if you MAKE THEM.
There are ways to keep your clients loyal.
1) By giving discounts on your products
2) By giving gifts at regular intervals
3) By building a close relationship with them through personal communication or messages.
Whatever you do,
ENSURE YOU KEEP EVERY CLIENT OF YOURS LOYAL.
Make them feel they are making the right decision by deciding to patronize your business.
Make them feel they have a lot to gain by choosing to patronize your business.
EVERY CLIENT MATTERS.
As long as they are PAYING for your goods and services.
KEEP THEM LOYAL.
DO ALL YOU CAN NEVER TO LOSE ANY CLIENT OF YOURS.
If your business lacks a good and quality customer service, you are in BIG SHIT fella.
