Good morning!
I love reading.
I think it makes me smarter.
I’m sharing some interesting articles and books below.
Sunday is a great day for reading.
I’ll try to make the most of it!
Why you’re getting this: This is my Friends Newsletter. I send it to people I’ve met recently, my contacts on LinkedIn, and friends I want to keep in touch with. Feel free to unsubscribe and I won’t be offended.

Great Articles To Read
What Google Learned From Its Quest to Build the Perfect Team
A Science-Backed Guide to Taking Truly Restful Breaks
A Public Art Lover’s Walking Tour of New York
Good Books
The Unknown Billionaires: There are over 1,500 billionaires in the world. This book picks 50 of them, many I had never heard of, and profiles each in a short essay. Easy to read and interesting.
OK the cover looks cheesy, but I've enjoyed almost all of these profiles

The Truth: An Uncomfortable Book About Relationships, by Neil Strauss (author of The Game). Filled with sexual exploits. Diary of his journey out of a monogamous relationship, tons of therapy sessions, and exploring other options. If you read The Game, you should read this follow-up.
This book talks a LOT more about family than you might imagine

Other misc books on my Kindle that I read over the past year and enjoyed:
  • The Outsiders
  • Kon Tiki
  • The Alchemy of Air
  • Bossypants by Tina Fey
  • An Astronaut’s Guide to Life on Earth
Fiction Books
A request: What fiction book should I read?
Most that I’ve enjoyed are near-future or tech-based. Like Red Rising, Ender’s Game, and Ready Player One. I also REALLY liked Tai-pan by James Clavell about the early days of Hong Kong.
Email me back if you have any suggestions!
I like to read fiction before bed to unwind and clear my mind.
The end
Thanks for reading! Have a great Sunday.

p.s. I’ve been keeping little video diary tours of hotels that I stay in. I’ve collected 24 so far, check them out on my blog.
Did you enjoy this issue?
