“Wealth consists not in having great possessions, but in having few wants.” - Epictetus

In this week’s podcast, I had Liam Martin of Running Remote sharing some of his research and insights on remote working.
He has just finished writing a book on the topic, so he gave me some phenomenal insights he discovered during the process.

I’d obviously recommend the whole episode because Liam is not only entertaining but full of golden advice and research.
One thing that blew me away was, according to Liam’s research, on average, people working in an office have an eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) of 36, whereas employees working fully remote score on average 70!
That’s nearly double the happiness!!!
