Tuesday TEA Time
Yo,
I hope you are doing well. I am going to have a super busy next couple of months. I am going to travel to the US for work, then I speak at a conference in Stockholm, then I’m going to attend Apple’s developer conference, and then probably some more travel for work!
Also, last week I wrote about my latest pair of sneakers over on Medium.
Karhu Synchron Classic
Tech
A great list of science books written by women
To followup about Spotify going public “in their own way,” it went well.
Spotify opens at $165.90, valuing company at almost $30 billion
And the last tech related link is about those “DVD extras” and how streaming services are kinda killing them. Sometimes making something more convenient can make it a little crappier too.
I buy movies I really like through iTunes so I can watch the special features: like the new Star Wars. I only really buy films that I know I would watch over and over.
Entertainment
Really, everything is related to Fashion this time.
Louis Vuitton Names Virgil Abloh as Its New Men’s Wear Designer - The New York Times
Bill Cunningham Left Behind a Secret Memoir - The New York Times
Warby Parker, the Eyewear Seller, Raises $75 Million - The New York Times
I wear Warby’s and mine got super scratched up so I’m def going to get some more next time I’m in the US.
Art
I am in love with the work of Robert Romanowicz. He has an Etsy shop, so browse around and maybe get something awesome.

OK, that’s it for this week. I hope you found something interesting and see you again next week.
