How are you? If you are in the US, then I hope you had a good holiday yesterday: it was MLK Jr day. PBS had a good feature about MLK’s work for those in poverty.

Here is an app with a delightful design to help you keep track of your habits and how you are doing. I have not yet found a way to form new habits in a meaningful way, so we’ll see if this app helps me or not.
