I hope you have had a good week. I ended up watching the Super Bowl because I just happened to be in the USA and it was really the only thing on TV. It ended up being a really great game and so I’m glad I tuned in. Ever since moving to Europe I’ve almost completely oblivious to all sports related things, here and there.
Laurence Fink, the chief executive of BlackRock, the $6 trillion investment firm, plans to tell C.E.O.s in a letter that businesses must serve a social purpose.
Tech, finance, and really the whole economy are so intertwined that I see this as being directly related to the future of tech and startups. In the future good business and good tech will == being good for us and for the planet.
