Tuesday TEA Time
Yo,
I hope you are having a good start to your week. For those of you in the USA: I hope you have a good holiday week.
I was in Seattle last week for work and I got to go to my favorite restaurant there: Eve. Well, I got to go twice, because I forgot my jacket. Eve is my kind of place: simple food, nice people, and a little weird. I am a little weird and I like when I feel like I fit in or when no one does.

Tech
As a follow-up from past weeks, I was able to get a good photo of the tree-house-offices that are available for my team to use for meetings. They have wifi and power, but they don’t have heat. So I didn’t go in them this time. Maybe in the spring I’ll schedule some meetings there.
I also found this page by Stripe super informative. If you ever think of building a product, it’s super difficult to get your first 1, then 10, then 100 customers. I am impressed our Stripe, through their Atlas product, is producing a lot of good content for small businesses and startups along with providing them financial services.
And lastly, there is no way I could resist reading about Jony Ive’s involvement with the new Apple campus. Lots of good photos there.
Entertainment
After watching this video I now want to get this book. Via Kottke.

Art
First, I love this weekly type design competition website. The rules are simple. And the entries are super interesting.
And finally, take a look at these wonderful framed yarn portraits by Victoria Villasana. I love how the colors spill out of the frame.
That’s it. Thanks for reading and I hope you have a great week.
