Issue #45 — View online — Suggest a link

Startups and change makers leveraging music and music technology to curate a more creative world.

Good Morning!
Hope you are all having a great week so far.
This Week’s Highlights
A new app called Crush wants to help you connect with your superfans.
The music business is being redefined by Generation Z.
Audius the blockchain streaming startup is becoming irrelevant.
Startup Spotlight
Startup spotlight this week is on music metadata startup, Reveel. This startup is taking on the horrible industry problem of metadata in a fresh way. They will assign you a Creator ID and then use this identifier to help you collect your revenue across different platforms. Though the landscape of the music industry is littered with ambitious companies trying to tackle this issue, this one has a good chance of succeeding.
Have a great week!
