Hello Readers
Can you believe almost half the year has passed? And what a half year it has been for us here at MTR. We can be heard in Canada, the UK, and USA on Alexa, Live365 apps, and the website but the pièce de résistance was getting added to the iHeart Network in the USA. You can hear us in the car, on the go, on the TV app. Pretty much anywhere you go, MTR can go.
Plus in the last six months, we must have added at least 100+ new albums to the radio station’s rotation with about 15 being NEW Sampler Platter shows, which are my favourite. Love supporting those new musicals.
And it’s only going to get better from here. New programs are on the horizon for the station, and new partnerships are being formed. It’s hard to believe but we can take the station to the next level, and it’s all thanks to all of you. You are the reason I do this (plus who wants a good-paying, steady, benefits-giving job, when you can listen to musicals every day).

CPAD Networking - June Event
Meeting people at a networking event is a great opportunity to strengthen business connections, get fresh ideas, raise your profile and develop long-lasting personal relationships. You never know who the person you just met might know.
CPAD Networking (Creators of musicals, Producers & Artistic Directors) was created to give like minded people in the industry a chance to meet, share tips & tricks and experiences in order to foster a stronger musical theatre community around the world. It is an opportunity to bounce ideas off people who have already been in your position or are going through it right now.
We hold two sessions on the day (June 23th, 2022) of the event (9-11am ET and 5-7pm ET) in order for us to truly have global participation hosted in the Jill Edmund Virtual Theatre.
To sign up for the event, head over to our website and choose either or both sessions.

Support Musical Theatre Radio
As many of you know making money in musical theatre is never easy economically at the best of times and running a station dedicated to musical theatre is even harder. We would love your support via our Patreon page. Even something as simple as $1 a month would help offset the costs of running a station. To quote the Emcee, ‘Money makes the world go round’
