FinTech of the Week
Our FinTech of the Week is Glenhawk, a non-bank lender which provides short-term residential and commercial property finance.
High street banks and building societies are increasingly unable or unwilling to meet the demand from property professionals looking to benefit from the favorable returns available from UK real estate. These borrowers face industry wide issues including high fees, unapproachable and unaccountable lending teams, a lack of transparency and loan-to-own approaches.
Introducing… Glenhawk. Glenhawk takes a simple, flexible approach that makes it the long-term partner of choice for property professionals requiring short-term property finance.
Watch this space as we have a podcast in store for you with the Founder and CEO of Glenhawk!
