I mailed out copies of Deploy Empathy to a few people who were particularly helpful with getting the book off of the ground. One of those people is currently digital nomading and unable to take on any more objects, and asked that instead, I give their copy to someone who was unable to afford it themselves.
I’ve decided to give away ten ebook copies to people who can’t afford it – think, students, people transitioning careers, people of low income, disadvantaged in some way, and so forth.
If you know someone who deserves a copy, you can nominate them by replying to this email.
Here are the rules:
- You can’t nominate yourself – it has to be someone else
- Include a few sentences about why they should get it
- You commit to being their practice interview partner and promise me you’ll send me a recap of how it goes
The first 10 nominations to reply to this email that fulfill the above criteria will get an ebook copy of their choice (PDF, Kindle, MOBI, or EPUB).
I’m doing this as a nomination because when we’re learning a new skill, it’s important to have someone to lean on and to have a real-life living example of someone who has learned that skill. By nominating someone, you’re stepping into the role of becoming a resource for them and paying forward your learning.
