These are early proof copies with typos here and there, hence not selling them or giving them away outright. Factory seconds, if you will. I’m limiting this to people who bought eBook copies since I don’t want new readers being put off by reading a version with typos. And quite a few eBook buyers have told me how it’s handy to have a print copy lying around for reference.
I still have a handful of copies left and am now shipping them globally – not just limited to US and EU. (You may be responsible for customs upon import.)
