Introductions 2 - Cam

This week it’s my pleasure to introduce you to our writer and lead designer, Cam!

Cam is a very talented narrative designer, just finishing school. We first met volunteering at the same booth at PAX East last year (right before everything closed from Covid). They’re way cooler and better at making games than me - they’ve made over 15 games, most narrative in nature and they run the game dev club at their school. They’ve also given multiple talks about designing narrative games, particularly dating sims.

Cam's Role on the team
Cam is our writer and lead designer, so they have final say over all the feelings you have when you play the game. If you remember the fact that there was no “yes” or “no” in the demo so you have to give more creative answers, that was a Cam idea. Pretty much all the text in the game is up to Cam. It’s a big role!
That’s all for this week! As always I’d love to hear your thoughts on the game, ideas for future emails or anything you want to say! If you reply to one of these emails, I’ll get it. Thanks to everyone who has written in so far!
Until next time,
