Billing change for RHCs, FQHCs takes effect December 1, 2019
Effective December 1, 2019, the Mississippi Division of Medicaid (DOM) announced it will no longer allow Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) and Federal Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) to bill CPT code 99211 for services rendered. There will be no recoupment of any payments from RHCs and FQHCs for services billed using CPT code 99211 for dates of service prior to December 1, 2019.
