Mississippi hospitals introduced an important new healthcare proposal that would offer coverage to up to 300,000 Mississippians at 138% of the federal poverty level and below. Many in these number are working Mississippians who cannot find or afford coverage. This proposal would offer a health insurance plan at $20 per month to these individuals. (This plan would be funded by members and hospital and cost the state of Mississippi no monies.) Find out more at www.mississippicares.com.
