We have to deal with emotions as humans. Either the ones we wear or those worn by others. 

While we tend to embrace positive emotions, most times we shy away from negative emotions. No doubt because of the untoward way they make us feel. We repress or do not acknowledge them. 
The thing is pent-up anger, frustration, sadness, and jealousy can erupt to the surface, colouring our actions when we least expect it. 
We can allow ourselves to feel these emotions without them taking full control of our actions. Moderation is key because it’s important not to get overwhelmed. In the words of Shannon L. Alder “Feelings are something you have; not something you are.”
And if you ever need to reach out because you are overwhelmed by florid negative emotions, remember that MANI is here for you.
