This is a workshop aimed at any community group that have an interest in restoring or improving a water course, river or lake , in their area.
The River Moy Trust in association with LAWCO are aiming to identify 5 potential projects out of the attendees and help bring them to a sucessful conclusion. Because most of Mayo is located in an S.A.C- special area of conservation, there are a lot of considerations that need to be looked at before tackling any riverbank projects. Spaces for this course are limited to approximately 15 ,so early booking is necessary.
