Free course to prepare for the Junior Kangaroo and JMO (Olympiad)

I’ve been delighted to hear from so many of you that have taken the Junior Maths Challenge this year and have found the `Get ready for the JMC’ course and `Go for Gold in maths challenges (ages 10-13) courses helpful. Many have also received gold certificates and qualified for the follow on Kangaroo and Olympiad rounds (taking place on 15th June) and have asked what you can do to prepare?
At first I thought I wouldn’t have time to make anything for this year, but seeing more of these messages come in over the weekend I decided to come in from the sunshine and make something to help, and I’m so pleased I did! You can now find another free course `Get ready for the Junior Kangaroo and JMO (Olympiad)‘ where you can work through the 2019 Kangaroo and Olympiad papers with my video solutions without any ads or distractions. This year everyone who achieved Gold is eligible for the Kangaroo so check with your schools that you will be entered for this if you’re not sure.

Get ready for the Junior Kangaroo and Maths Olympiad
I really hope that this course will be useful for those of you taking these exams, but they’re also great extension and enrichment problems regardless of whether you’ve qualified. The main thing is to keep practising and enjoying the problems so why not have a look at these anyway? They’ll help you improve at maths, be better prepared for future competitions and they should also be quite fun!
As ever, please do reply with any feedback or comments to If you’ve benefitted from the free courses do also consider purchasing the ‘Go for Gold’ course or one of my other courses in the future, or if you are able to and would like to contribute to my costs in making the free courses available there is now also an empty course here where you can make a donation if you would like to. I’d also love some more reviews of the courses so I’d be super grateful if you would log into any courses you’ve taken and leave a review if you found them useful.
If you’re here in the UK I hope you’ve been enjoying the great weather over the weekend and that you also get some rest over the half term. Good luck with the challenges if you are taking them too.
