💭 Rest is Not a Reward

Hi friend
I’ve just finished a great conversation about wellbeing-driven productivity with Francesca Bernardi (the audio is shared below). She made me think about how often we treat rest as a reward. We’ve got that wrong, haven’t we? Rest is a necessity - not a reward. You need to rest to do your best work - to be your best self - then the rewards come.
