Hey Listies,
I’ve previously shared in this newsletter all about how I was planning a reading vacation.
What I haven’t shared yet is how that trip went and how it helped me get back in a good mindset for work and life.
I went through with the idea back in October and am already working on a follow-up trip, hopefully for sometime this spring as the world inches closer to reopening.
I don’t know about you, but I’m feeling more and more like my office is a jail cell than a place for awesome creative work to be accomplished. A change of scenery would be more than welcome right now!
In the latest article for The Blogsmith’s blog, I’m sharing how you can plan your own reading vacation/think week, including:
  • How to pick the perfect lodging to support your goals
  • Shopping and packing for a reading vacation to maximize comfort and focus
  • My book list and itinerary for inspiration
  • Lessons learned from my 9-day experience
If you’ve been itching to get out of your house and take a break from your normal routine, I hope this inspires you to plan your own reading vacation! Since the focus is on reading and isolation, it’s a great option for traveling safely during the pandemic.
Until next time,
Maddy Osman, The Blogsmith
