Hey there you! Welcome back to this 22nd issue. Today’s issue is on a topic I find critical, but still struggle with: Ruthless Prioritization. So often we say yes to too many things and I’ve always had this lingering feeling that if I didn’t people would think less of me. I love new initiatives, I love creating stuff, my head is always a little too much in the future, so this is a personal weak spot for me. With time, I’ve come to learn that this is a trap. Starting things and not following through, setting too many goals, trying to do too much at once is a straight route to failure and frustration.
I’ve taken the time to share these ideas and learnings with my organization and they already sparked action in different teams. I suggest you do the same 🤘🏾
