September at LCF
The LCF is opening the new academic season with Conference 2 of the three-part LCF/Jindal conference series on contract law in common law countries. This series is co-convened with Prof. Manasi Kumar of the Jindal Global Law School at O.P.Jindal Global University in India. It pairs paper authors with eminent subject experts as discussants. The theme of conference 2 is ‘the substance of the agreement’. Book here.
News at LCF
The LCF will invite proposals for book volumes in its book series “LCF Studies in Commercial and Financial Law” with Springer Nature. LCF welcomes edited collections as well as monographs. Contracts will be with the LCF. Editors and authors (including the series editors at LCF) will be working on a pro-bono basis. Any chapter contributions to the volumes in the series must be formatted in the Springer house style by their authors. Detailed terms will be made available soon.
