Launch Personal Finance

June 2 · Issue #22 · View online
Personal Finance & Financial Independence 3(ish) Articles, Curated Daily

If you’re new around here (which, frankly, we all are). My goals with starting the newsletter are two-fold:
  • Help educate people about their personal finances
  • Help promote the many amazing writers in the personal finance world
I’m constantly fighting a balance to ensure that we feature a diverse set of authors, opinions, and viewpoints. I also try to feature the most recent content, focusing on articles published the day prior to each newsletter. My initial struggle was mostly centered on COVID, yes, it has impacted all of us severely, but I did not want every article to be pandemic related doom and gloom.
The protests around systemic racism in our society have gathered immense press coverage as of late, both in the personal finance world and outside of it. I want to continue the mission of the newsletter, but I also want to help lift up voices in the community fighting against racism. I hope I continue to have your support as we navigate through these challenges.
