Filling in the Alphabet. Late last, night Tesla CEO Elon Musk finally unveiled the long-teased Tesla Model Y, an SUV with the heart of a sports car. Built mostly on the guts of a Model 3, the Y can do 0-to-60 mph in 3.5 seconds and has a range of 300 miles. The seven-seater ranges in price from $39,000 up to $60,000.

Facebook’s big changes. As Facebook Mark Zuckerberg prepares to steer Facebook in a new direction, key executives are jumping ship. Chief Product Office Chris Cox and WhatsApp lead Chris Daniels are both leaving. Those departures surely hurt, but Facebook is a huge company with a deep bench. So, don’t expect to see Zuckerberg moping around Menlo Park.

Space Peeps. It’s true, NASA and SpaceX just complete a crucial step in the march backed to using American-made rockets to ferry astronauts to the International Space Station and beyond. However, we’re still months away from Crew Dragon’s first manned mission. In the meantime, NASA continues to rely on Russia and its Soyuz rocket. The Russian rocket blasted off on a Pi Day mission carrying two American Astronauts and one Russian to the ISS where they will spend the next six months.

Almost reality. A few weeks ago, Microsoft invited me to its Fifth Avenue flagship store to test-drive HoloLens 2, the eagerly-anticipated update to Microsoft’s ground-breaking, mixed reality headset. The company has redesigned the hardware and vastly improved the software. I had a very good, albeit virtual, time.
