I love my iPhone … I love my apps … I love beta testing apps. In fact, if you see the orange dots by the name of the app, those are all the ones I’m beta testing. This quote has been rocking my world. How can we leverage one step that people have taken and help them take another? If someone is already in a small group (one step), could we create a pathway for them to serve (second step)? Would that yield more results that blasting it out at the weekend service? What would the impact be if we were able to strategically think about this for every area of engagement.
