I was a little quiet last week because Team Pugpig was off on our retreat. In today’s edition, we’ve got a lot of meaty strategic thinking. Brian Morrissey has an interview with Zillah Byng-Thorne, CEO of Future, on what has the publishing group successful. Personalisation is fast becoming a key strategic goal for many media businesses, and as with other things driving media business success, personalisation depends on the quality of your data.
