Self Care All The Time Book Update (we did it!)

Happy Friday y'all!
For the past month, I have been doing a campaign for my book “Self Care All of the Time.” The campaign closed on Wednesday and I am excited to announce: I received 100 pre-orders by my deadline and will be talking to some publishers next week!!
Thank you to each of you who pre-ordered a copy. I am incredibly grateful for your support. *insert hugs* If you were not able to get your pre-order, no worries. Once pre-orders are fulfilled, you will have the opportunity to purchase copies!
Self Care All The Time is something I repeat all of the time because I really believe it. Self-care is less about the activity and more about how you feel when you do something. Small moments present themselves all day–beckoning us to pause, breathe, relax, and find joy. Making self-care a way of life opens us up to the beauty that is life. This constant practice creates a luscious space for our creativity and ultimately our dreams to flourish.
Have a beautiful weekend!
