2021 is already flying. It seems like things are moving even faster as we navigate so much that is happening in the world. After holiday vacations, it might seem difficult to keep your self-care practice going. Or you might feel guilty because grind culture is relentless and always pushing us to do more. I encourage you to take a breath and make a conscious choice to slow down enough to practice self-care. You don’t have to wait until the holidays to have nourishing self-care, though. Self-care can be a part of your everyday routine because taking care of yourself isn’t optional. And self-care can be really simple (check out this quick tip I posted about it over at 30 seconds
I understand that it can be hard to stay the course developing your self-care practice, so I started a community over on Facebook called Self Care for Busy People. This community is all about helping busy people (aka YOU) find simple, joyful ways to practice self-care in real life. The mantra: Self Care All The Time.
I encourage you to join as we think about self care in more simple, joyful ways each week. Plus there will be fun games (yes self care can be fun!) and some prizes too! To join just click here

In the meantime: keep taking breaks while you work, make rest a priority, and do something for a few minutes today that brings a smile to your face.
