Today, I am excited to share an idea that has been brewing for a while. I will be posting something called Self Care recipes. A Self care “recipe” is a simple guide for how you can infuse self care into everyday routines, especially on those days when you are juggling a lot.
The first “recipe” is the Morning Energizer. I created this recipe for:
-those days when you wake on time, but still feel a little tired
-When you have a super busy schedule and you need to breathe before diving into the day
