Hi Everyone! Earlier this week I watched an excellent TED talk on leading in an era of constant change. Working in UX means we’re in the business of change. It’s often our job to inform transformation and execute organizational change in the digital channel and beyond. I’ve structured this issue of the newsletter around some of the key points from the video, which you should definitely watch first.
Enjoy!

3 reasons why you should continuously conduct user research
Don't focus on short-term results.
When change happens in crisis mode (or too quickly and all at once) it’s easy for organizations to focus on short-term measurement without looking further ahead.
Put people first.
The idea of putting customers first in any UX change is well-understood. But what about internal stakeholders and team members? It’s important to understand how change affects everyone and to manage that change effectively.
