Hi Everyone! A goal of mine is to continually improve how we share research findings, data, and insights with our clients and the team here at Res. Large reports have a place but aren’t compelling. Brief overviews are easy-to-digest but might miss important details for the sake of brevity. In this issue I’ve assembled articles on how to present research through storytelling, how conversational experiences provide value when sharing data, and a better way to document and share usability testing results.
