Happy Friday everyone! I’ve been working on a Medium post for a few weeks that I was able to wrap up and publish yesterday. In ’The Confident User Experience’ I attempt to draw parallels between the traits and habits of confident people and how they can be applied in UX design – I hope you like it.
Sticking with a psychology theme I’ve also included articles on changing user behaviour and cognitive psychology.
Finally, we recently deployed an NPS survey to our clients so I thought it timely to share an article on what this metric can tell you about your user experience.
Enjoy!
