Hi Everyone! Sorry for missing last week’s issue…vacation and a non-existent network connection got in the way. I’ve switched up the format a little to add more insight from personal experiences in UX. Each issue will include content and commentary based on what I’ve encountered during the week.

Usability Testing
With a UX Researcher on the team (thanks Brian!) it’s been a while since I’ve conducted moderated usability testing. I ran two tests on an enterprise application this week and was reminded of how much I enjoy it. I was also reminded of a few bits of advice:
