Pictures of God's Grace
By Jay Denton • Issue #16 • View online
We are so thankful for how our good God is working in RUF here at Boise State! Each week I get to teach on the book of Colossians and it’s been a wonderful study so far! Our leaders are reaching out to new students and serving faithfully. We had so many new freshmen join us over the course of this semester. Our small groups - studying the minor prophets - have been a highlight for a number of our students. Fall Retreat was a great weekend away to learn about the Kingdom of God. We have students from Idaho, California, Washington, Colorado, Alaska, and Wisconsin involved in RUF.
We are so grateful that because of your prayers and support we can serve these students on campus and see them embrace the gospel more and more. I hope these pictures give you a vision of what God is doing. Scroll all the way down to get some ways to pray!

Ways to Pray:
1.Pray for our Leadership Team. We meet twice a month to plan, pray, and study what it looks like to do gospel ministry. Next week we will be starting the book Caring for One Another by Ed Welch of CCEF. Learn more about the book here:
2.Pray for our first ever RUF West Winter Conference. The RUF schools out here on the west coast are coming together for a regional conference in southern California January 1-5. We will have a speaker and worship each day, along with seminars on various topics taught by campus ministers and staff. Learn more about it here:
3.Pray for our freshmen to get connected to staff and other students. Throughout the year, we see new freshmen come and visit RUF. We pray that God would welcome them into our community and that we would help them build healthy relationships with others.
4.Pray for God’s provision for the finances of our ministry. We need new partners and a good end of year to meet our 2019 budget. God has been so kind to our family over the years of support-raising and we are praying that he will continue to provide for the calling that we have received.
Thank you so much for loving us, praying for us and being "with" us as we minister here in the Pacific Northwest!
