Welcome to 2018! I am not so much into new years resolutions but I take this opportunity to reboot this newsletter. But not before I wish you all a super new year. Or as formulated it in my post: a year with lots of real and valuable experiences in an more and more augmented world…
I will not redo that post here, but as main message I think we will have an interesting year ahead for our relation with tech, following up the storms of 2017 in AI hypes and lost of utopian world views with fake news and the like. 
I hope we can contribute to these discussions with the research at LABS, the community activities with ThingsCon, TechSolidarity and the research program at TU Delft on Things as Citizens. I am looking forward to this year with new focus.
I will use this newsletter to update you on these activities and try to make a selection of reads that are more relevant to the subjects.
