Solving problems through people and technology

Less than a month ago, if I were to tell you that Augmented Reality (cousin to Virtual Reality) apps were going to be the next big thing, you would’ve said “yeah, maybe in 3-5 years… earliest”.
In the space of a fortnight, Pokemon Go just demonstrated how quickly new technology adoption can happen. This is enabled by the platforms we have available to us - think of the Cloud, the App store, Google maps/location data, social sharing etc.
This is just the beginning.
More (open) platforms are being built as we speak & will be lead by the East, specifically China. Couple that with faster graphics processors and the world is going to change at pace we’ve never seen before.
