Author Vivian Greene explained, “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning how to dance in the rain”. We have all faced innumerable challenges in the last 3 months and, with help from those around us, we are all learning how to “dance in the rain”. We also need to help others dance as every one of us has suffered and all need help. We all need to try our best to understand the issues that others face, show compassion to all who are suffering and have the courage to move forward and to respect the rights of all. The world is going to be permanently changed and we need to change with it if we are to succeed in life and in business!
It has been hard for all of us to concentrate on work and to actually get things done. We worry about ourselves, our families and friends and all those around us and we must all do what we can to help but it is also essential that we put effort into work and get the economy moving again so that employment will increase and we generate revenue. Coming out of these tragic events stronger than ever should be the goal for all of us.
