For those out there who actually watched the final round of the Memorial on tape delay, I wonder what you were thinking. Poor CBS, they almost got it right. There was a rain delay in the middle which did allow for golf to be shown while players were in the clubhouse, but they started before CBS had time to catch up. Which meant I was forced to watch the leaderboard while Lord of the Rings was on TV instead. This week, the Tour moves to Memphis, and while it’s still a PGA Tour event, not many big names are playing. Good chance for an unproven player, like last year’s winner Fabian Gomez, to breakthrough. Now on to the links, which is apparently a phrase I use a lot.

2016 FedEx St. Jude Classic — It’s still a PGA Tour event even though nobody is playing
Apologies for the weak preview. But really not much going on this week on Tour. Few guys playing at a relatively non-descript course means you need to get out and play golf on your own.
