Adult bike donations
Middlesbrough Environment City are currently seeking donations of adult bikes that are in reasonable condition and working order (not children’s or teenager’s bikes).
If you have a bike that is just going dusty in the shed, why not help out and donate? The bikes must be delivered to Office Sandy Flatts Lane, Middlesbrough, TS5 7YN - no pick up service is available.
Climate Action Forum
The Climate Action Forum is a meeting of residents and organisations to discuss and organise activities related to awareness of climate change and the reduction of our carbon footprint. Middlesbrough Environment City offer training, support with events, the chance to meet other like minded people and to hear from guest speakers on environmentally related issues.
The forum is open to any individuals or representatives of community and business organisations who reside or are based in the Middlesbrough Council catchment area.
The meetings take place monthly on Wednesdays from 10am until 12 noon at a venue in Whinney Banks. By attending the forum you do not have to commit to anything, you can just come along to see if it is the kind of thing you would like to be involved with.
