Good morning,
How do you prevent yourself and your team from always building new features while you should focus on creating a better user experience. 
Focussing on what to optimise for your customers doesn’t necessarily mean that you have to add features. It’s even quite common to focus on getting rid of features because they don’t add value and cause confusion among your users. Although it’s hard, and I believe it’s hard too, try to always surround yourself with real customers. Both through data and session recordings, but also through real life.
