Good morning,
Yesterday we had our first Growth & AI alumni event at @ Growth Tribe. Next to sharing stories and helping each other out we also did a 1.5 hour power session with Dani Hart. Dani is the ex Head of Growth @ Growthhackers.com and currently working as a freelancer growth practitioner and yoga teacher. Her talk on how to become an enlightened growth marketer and growth/life balance really helped us see our day to day from a different perspective.
Also in this digest: last week I wrote an article @ Medium on how we run our CRO program at Helloprint. What I learned in the past months is that many companies and teams struggle to get started.
They get lost in fancy frameworks and weird tools, while setting up a CRO program is about persistence and clarity. About setting goals and working your asses of to get there. Please take a few minutes of your time to read the article below.
