As a freelance growth marketer I’m mostly helping out HR companies or HR departments with reaching their challenges in terms of new hires. From general landing pages and targeted ads to super specific and highly localised landing pages combined with targeted ads and social campaigns.
It feels a bit like lead generation, but on a deeper level. I’m in essence helping people that fit the job or might be interested in the job to get the job and change their life around.
What I noticed in the past is that fancy side marketing projects don’t resonate with people that are looking for a job yet. They seem to value quality information and clear pages, but are somewhat scared of chatbots that start talking to you about the job.
The article from Unbounce below reminded me about the value to standout from the crowd and how creative lead generation or engineered marketing
could help your company to achieve that.
See you next week!
