It’s time to build
The internet went crazy. The man that wrote the - now famous - essay on ’Software is eating the world
’ in 2011, wrote another essay. Marc Andreessen, co-founder of the first visual web browser Mosaic in 1993 and general partner at VC firm Andreessen Horowitz.
This time Andreessen wrote about our lacking desire to actually change the world. Fueled by the absence of basic medical equipment in our western society during this crisis, he explains why he think it came this far - and what we should do to turn the tide.
In contrary to Software is eating the world
, this time Andreessen is quite critical and therefore the essay opened up
the conversation. I’ll leave this one to you.
