How to prioritise your growth experiments and projects?
They way we are doing this in our Online Ordering & Conversion team right now is simply by impact and ease. However we are thinking of adding an extra column that could impact bigger and bolder experiments, so they stand out from the backlog and get more attention.
A while ago Ferdinand Goetzen
spoke about how they are doing this at Recruitee, they added more parameters of which scalability is one. This helped them focusing more on experiments and projects that also bring growth in the long run, instead of focusing on the short term only.
How are you prioritising your experiments and projects? And why would you recommend this way of ranking? I’m curious to learn how you are doing this at the moment!
