Although you are probably into creating processes, increasing efficiency and want everything to go as automated as possible you still something find yourself wondering why some people don’t convert.

Start talking to customers again, start the chat and pickup the phone. Help them to finish the job and make their lives easier. These non-automated tasks will help you uncover the challenges your customers face while ordering with you.
